Integral Exercise Therapy®

Integral Exercise Therapy is designed to equip you with the physical ability and mental acuity needed to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) at the greatest possible level of independence.

Integral Exercise Therapy is a specialized exercise program for adults who have health conditions that affect their physical movement.

We work with a wide variety of conditions and provide services in your home.

Integral Exercise Therapy is non-medical. No doctor’s prescription is required. Our program bridges the gap between recreational fitness and physical therapy.*

Our exercises are low-impact and carefully adapted to your individual needs.

In consultation with your doctors and therapists, we will create a customized program for symptom management, functional health, and ongoing wellness.

Chronic Illness Support

We can help manage symptoms of neuropathy, fibromyalgia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, Huntington’s, and other conditions. Our unique program supports your mind/body connection and can help relieve anxiety and depression.

Physical Therapy Aftercare *

We provide after-care following your discharge from rehab or physical therapy when you’re recovering from surgery, serious illness, or injury. Continuation of prescribed exercises maximizes probability of full recovery and pain-free movement.

Balance and Fall Prevention

Falls are the greatest danger for seniors. Our specialized balance training program is designed to improve your stability and gait. Learn to move safely when doing everyday activities. Regain your self-confidence. You may even be able to resume favorite activities you gave up for fear of falling.

Strength, Stamina, Coordination

Integral Exercise Therapy can improve your strength, stamina, flexibility, range of motion, coordination, and reflexes. The program
features our unique Isometric Range of Motion™ method of strength training designed specifically for older adults and those with physical challenges.
